LB Homes was founded by Lauren Bohning in 2014. Lauren is consistently recognized as a top individual agent in Kansas City. In 2021 she was in the 500 agent in KC. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Lauren received her law degree from KU. She is uniquely positioned with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of contracts as well as expert skills in negotiation. Brandon joined LB Homes in 2022 to help provide the best customer service possible. The home buying and selling process is complicated, and we aim to make it as smooth as possible for our clients. Brandon and Lauren have two children, Whit & Eleanor & two Labrador retrievers named Coolidge & Thatcher. In their spare time, Lauren is an avid reader and Brandon is golf enthusiast.
